Design management for food by-products for Business-to-Consumer


The research analyzed the potential of the products of plant origin produced by Agrindustria Tecco to define new applications for the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) market.


The project identified food product lines (pre-cooked bean flour) and cosmetics (green clay), and defined new sustainable packaging and new communication concepts for B2C sales.
